Ms [Mag] asked me how to counter depression... seriously something I'm fighting everyday too (since my career is on a rocky path)... let me share some of my ways of staying happy:
1. Totally drown yourself in tears; watch sappy movies (i.e: 1 litre of tears)
2. Eat chocolates (scientifically proven)
3. Listen to music
4. Watch variety shows that never fail to make you laugh (i.e: Yu Le Bai Fen Bai)
5. Exercise; have a run at a nearby park, sweat it all out & breathe some not-so-fresh air
6. Hangout at random cafe with pals (bitching does relieve stress)
For me, TVXQ makes me happy. Their hardship & achievements never fail to motivate me to move forward. So Ms [Mag], cheer up alright, EmoJeeJee is always there for you.
