Trust me... it's not easy managing people. In a split second, you could lose all the confident you once had. I'm actually rather worried of my new role and responsibility thou I haven told anyone before. It's been 2 years since I have done operation, things have changed, some forgotten. Other than doing the usual customer service, I now have an additional role to play as a team leader. And it's freaking hard. How does one command respect whilst at the same time consider the team's pride and feelings. What should I do to ensure everything is in control and runs perfectly, knowing that now the team has a lot of individualist. How must I ensure that I do not flare up, understanding myself well enough that I've got a really bad temper (yes... I admit). Plus, I'm not a morning person and I might get a lot of morning shifts are not helping. But I really hope the team becomes closer and stronger.

When I was confirmed my new position, my boss gave me one word, 'Discipline'. Need I explain what he wants me to accomplish? Vexed! A minor incident happened today at work. Guest was happy about certain stuff, people who should be around are not around. I guess, I could have handled it better in more ways than one. It can be better, it must be better. I'm rather upset now. *sigh* I hate it when things are not perfect, even as minor as losing my temper. Ya, I brood over stuff like that. And it's painful when you have no one to talk to. *cries*

I should hang a label over my forehead, 'I'm still learning, please bear with me.'
