Fat or Obese?

I seriously ate quite a lot today. Let's see now:

Breakfast
- About 5 - 6 pieces of Chicken Biscuit
- A Cup of Milo
- Subway's Bacon & Egg Burger

Lunch
- Small portion of watermelon
- Half a bowl of rice
- Half a bowl of noodles
- Mutton, 2 small chicken drumlets
- 1 cup of Sprite
- 2 cones of ice-cream

Tea-break
- 2 small cupcakes
- 1 small piece of jelly (15cm x 5cm x 2cm)
- Half a piece of curry puff
- Another half a piece of Old Chang Kee curry puff
- 1 can of chrysanthemums tea

Dinner
- 1 bowl of rice
- Half of the fish
- Small portion of ikan billis
- Small portion meat + mushroom
- 1 can of Yakult

That's quite an accomplishment.. for me that is. My tummy is getting bigger. I really need to get down to exercising. *Sigh*



Jessica from Sales was nice enough to buy our dept some curry puff for tea break. Haa... food!!! It was wiped out within 15 mins. You see, my dept is full of hungry people. No food will survive for more than half an hour at our back office.

I was doing my walks home today. Tot about alot of stuff. It's affecting my mood. My colleague says I have very serious mood swing. One minute I can be on cloud no. 9 laffing at every single thing and the next minute shutting myself in my own world. I have serious mental problem. LoL. Am I breaking down? *shrugs*

I need more CDs to listen to. Any recommendations?
