Overbooked

"Sorry madam, please take a seat while we check on your accommodation as we cannot locate any booking under your name."

What follows next is always a horrified face from our guest. The hotel is running full house today yet we have confirmed reservation not keyed into the system. Duh... what's new. I was so amused by the drama going on in the evening, no rooms, buy free drinks, buy dinner, free upgrade. At times like these, we can have a guest paying for a Superior getting an upgrade to a Suite room. Lucky them. Such things never happen to me yet. Well, if a 5 star hotel located along the Orchard Road can overbooked by 100 over rooms, ours is consider peanut.

Other than the drama-mama, work is good.
