SPRING Singapore

I had plan to wake up at 6am, or 6.15am, or latest 6.30am. But... I officially climb out of bed at 7.15am. Had a not so quick shower, inhale breakfast and run out of my house. Caught a cab and off I go to SPRING Singapore Building for my Star Award Program. The cab fare was 17 freaking bucks. Thanks to ERP and Peak Hour Surcharge. But I willingly pay in exchange for not being late for classes. End up, I had to wait for my colleagues to arrive. The day pass by uneventfully, the class was made up of people from diff sector. Hospital, country club, comfort, hotels and so on. We shared stories of demanding customers. How we deal with them and so on. Doctors share information about getting MCs. Heee. And we got a little inside info about the food served on planes that stop by Changi Airport.

Back to work tml. I can already imagine the pile of work waiting for me. *sulk*
